• To be eligible for the promotion in Australia & New Zealand, an authorised CSP partner must register via the promotion registration site
• Citrix Tier 4 pricing will only apply to newly provisioned CSP ShareFile licenses or newly provisioned NetScaler Standard, Enterprise or Platinum VPX instances to an eligible authorised CSP partner’s environment from February 1st 2017 to March 31st 2017. Partner must report these new licenses & instances separately to their existing licenses and instances for the duration of the pricing promotion
• Citrix does not control Distributor pricing or discounts to Partners. Any discount extended by Citrix to a Distributor under the promotion may or may not be passed along to a Partner at the Distributor’s discretion. Any Partner concerns with the price and discount received from a Distributor should be directed solely to the Distributor.
• Citrix will be the sole decision maker regarding the timing of a provisioned license for the purposes of promotion pricing qualification.
• Citrix reserves the right to make any changes to the terms and conditions of this promotion program. Any changes will be notified to the Distributor and the CSP before being effected.
• Citrix reserves its right to terminate this promotion offer before June 30th 2017 at its discretion by notifying eligible CSPs with a 30-day notice in advance of the termination.
• In case of dispute, Citrix’ decision is final.
• Subject to mandatory liability under applicable law, Citrix disclaims any liability for indirect, special, consequential, incidental, multiple, punitive or other damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data, loss of income, loss opportunity, lost profits, costs of recovery or any other damages), however caused and on any theory of liability, and whether or not for breach of contract, negligence or otherwise, and whether or not Citrix has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
